Hello from the UglyDay Admin!



UglyDay is a 1.12.2 minecraft survival (anarchy) server with free will to do whatever you desire!

No admins will interfere with any in-game activities that could lead to any sort of abuse such as - (Playing on the server, helping grief, banning and or kicking players.). All this work is left for the players to do, just like how you would in a normal survival world. The map and version will not change, and there will be no plans to! There is an anti-cheat for the players using cheat clients, this is to restrict lag.

(If at any point there is a lag machine, the contraption will be removed via WorldEdit. As of right now there is no way of contacting me in the case there happens to be one, apologies.)



There will be some server reboots for the first half of the servers activity, this will mostly be that plugins will be installed and tested, so please be aware of this!



There are no other admins except me (mackidees_) and I am not planning on hiring anyone else! Below this last sentence will be a FAQ, going over some questions you may ask! Joining this server will be a great pleasure, so please join!



FAQ:



Q: Is there going to be bedrock crossover?
A: No, I do not plan on bringing this server to Bedrock, there will be no exceptions!

Q: Are cracked clients allowed/enabled?
A: I do not plan on allowing cracked clients to join. Setting up the required plugins is tedious, which is why I won't be setting it up or allowing cracked clients to join the server. There will be no exceptions!

Q: How do you plan on growing the server's playerbase?
A: That's something I do struggling on, I don't like making several accounts on different MC server list websites, that too is also tedious since there are HUNDREDS of sites! I will leave that up to the players, since players can tell family and or friends to join, which could most likely improve the player base, or players can recommend this server on social media platforms, that is if they want to!

Q: Is there a discord server I can join?
A: I'm not to sure if I would want to make one, I know there are bots to moderate but some of them are not that reliable, I may make a subreddit but as of right now, I'll probably put that idea aside for now.
