In short, if you don't like something you make it better. I left "Starlines"(a corrupt server that abuses players) and made my own similar server, minus the BS, I did it with the intention of being the better, more fun server that your time won't be wasted on,
We have an uncensored chat, allow griefing and raiding, have a decent economy, combatlog so people can't evade fights, voting has great benefits and the best faction every week is rewarded well. Right now We only have 4 rules and it's very easy to get started. The owner is an adult who's operated around/over 10 servers over a few years. The staff are still being selected and are very knowledgeable on the plugins and gameplay of the server. Also we have many upgrades and innovations planned for the future.
