The server has a magic spells plugin and firearms plugin installed
There are two options for land claiming one is Factions and the other is Land-Claim. When you start on the server you are given the option of choosing one of these. The choice you make locks you out of all the other options abilities.
Factions is for a player who wants to build or play on a team.
Land-Claim is for a player who wants to solo play.
